Wynyard Medical Services is a long established family practice that is seeking an additional full-time General Practitioner to join the team. The practice is located within the Community Health Centre at Triabunna on the sunny east coast of Tasmania. The current full time solo GP is seeking expressions of interest from GPs who might be interested in taking over the practice in the future.  This position would be an ideal location for current GP Registrars to consider when their training is completed.  The position would  provide an ideal job-sharing arrangement for a husband and wife team.  The current GP wishes to reduce his work load and would be happy to act in a mentoring role.

The SETAC practice is located in the delightful township of Cygnet in the Huon Valley.   Cygnet is set amongst the beautiful valleys and waterways of Southern Tasmania's Huon Valley, and is best known for its orchards, vineyards, and active arts community.  Cygnet is about 50km south of Hobart, an easy 45 minute drive.

The Somerset Medical Centre is a purpose built facility which commenced operations in 1962.  Alterations and refurbishment, including an on site pharmacy, was undertaken in 1983 to accommodate the increase in patient numbers.The practice is fully computerised and accredited.  We currently have three full time General Practitioners who are supported by Practice Nurses, an Office Manager, a Practice Manager and reception staff.
